Designed to monitor metering pump output

  • Installs directly on Blue-White metering pumps.
  • Easy, three-wire connection made in the pump’s junction box.
  • No special connectors to buy.
  • No calibration required.
  • Detect a clogged injector.
  • Detect an empty chemical supply tank.
  • Detect a lost prime condition.
  • Six flow ranges available.
Flow Indicator

Overview

  • Rhythmic rising and falling of the ball indicates positive flow.
  • Stationary ball indicates no flow.

Possible problems could be:

  • lost prime
  • stopped motor
  • plugged injection fitting
  • faulty tube or diaphragm
  • plugged or dirty footvalve filter
  • chemical has been exhausted for a lengthy period of time

Blue-White recommends using:

  • Glass bobbin for Chlorines and Acids
  • Stainless Steel bobbin for soaps and waxes (high viscose fluids)
ProSeries® Flow Indicator

Overview

  • Dual taper detects for maximum flow range(>10,000:1 turndown)
  • Detectable flow range:-50 ml/min to 10,100 ml/min-0.01 GPH to 160 GPH
  • Rhythmic rising and falling of the ball indicates positive flow.
  • Air bubbles indicate chemical has exhausted.
  • Stationary ball indicates no flow.
  • Possible problems could be:lost prime stopped motor plugged injection fitting faulty tube or diaphragm, plugged or dirty footvalve filter chemical has been exhausted for a lengthy period of time
  • “Half union” style fittings for quick disassembly, aides in cleaning and/or replacement.
  • Annealed cast acrylic for enhanced strength and chemical resistance.
